The 21th Annual Flagg Show
is coming January 15 and 16 to Mesa Community College!   This is the show where the Arizona field collectors to show off their best finds of the past year.  You know you want to be there!
Here's a Map to Mesa Community College.  Route 60 is the Superstition Freeway.

Annual Meeting of the
Arizona Mineral and Mining Museum Foundation

The Annual Meeting of the AMMMF will be held Friday, January 14th, at 7:00 p.m. We have  important business for your consideration.

At 6:00 p.m we will preview the Minerals that will be on sale at the Flagg Show. New minerals are available from collections and donations, and some nice things will be on the tables! The traditional pre-sale will take place for paid up Members of our Foundation immediately after our business meeting, at about 8:00 p.m., so be sure to get your Dues in early.

Once you find your way to Mesa Community College, Here is a map to the Annual Meeting in the Science Building.  If you get there a little early, you may get to preview the minerals.  If you get there a little late, oh, well…...

Collection Committee Mini-report

The Family Day was a big success! We took in over $1400, of which $1200 was Mineral sales.
At tomorrow night's (October 18) meeting we are going to talk about stands for gallery, Holiday Party, new cases for upstairs, possible MSA involvement in the Family Day next year, field trips, duplicate minerals in the gallery and much more. I hope you can come.
