The Collection Committee Never Rests!
Above is a photo taken from the roof of the Museum by Mining Engineer Nyal Niemuth of the recent immigration rally at the Arizona State Capitol.
Our Foundation's Collection Committee Chairman, Bill Yedowitz, is on the Palomino to the right of the bucket. The Palomino's name is Riley. The white horse is Zeus, ridden by Bill's partner, Kirk Toth. The other horses to the left of the bucket are from the Tempe Police Department.
The Minute Men had a sign in front of the bucket that said "Make illegal immigration a felony". The marchers all had to slow down and stop to yell at them.
To the right is a better picture of Bill and Riley with their riot gear on. I wouldn't mess with either one of them!
