Doug Duffy Earns Art Bloyd Award

Art Bloyd was the last curator of the Arizona Mineral Museum to serve his whole term at the Mineral Building at the Fairgrounds.  The Arizona Mineral and Mining Museum Foundation commissioned this award to honor him. -ed.

     After his "retirement" from the Museum in 2002, Doug taught lapidary at the Mesa Arts Center for three semesters.
     He has taught silversmithing for the City of Phoenix Parks and Recreation on Wednesday afternoon for four years.
      About a year ago, he gave up Museum
