5. Mineral Purchase For The Flagg Show
Ed brought in several flats of new wulfenites from the Rowley mine. To help raise funds at the Flagg Show, he offered to sell this material to the Foundation at a special discounted price. Members reviewed the specimens and discussed the purchase. Bill moved to allocate funds to buy three flats. Steve seconded the motion. The motion passed.
Annual Meeting: Thursday January 5, 2006 7PM at Mesa Community College

With no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned.
