2. Other New Business
Paula Liken announced that the Society of Vertebrate Paleontology will be meeting at the Mesa Southwest Museum in October. In addition, a two-day workshop on the conservation of fossil and mineral collections has been scheduled before this meeting. Ray suggested that the Foundation sponsor two people from the Museum to attend this workshop.

Ray asked for help with setup, sales and clean up activities for the Flagg Show. Phil Richardson mentioned that this year's Show will feature four rotating exhibit cases along with the Peralta Stones.

Ray mentioned the effort to create a comprehensive list of member e-mail addresses. This list is needed to notify members of late breaking activities, such as the recent field trip to Tiger, that occur between newsletters. He encouraged members to send an e-mail message to Steve to get added to the list.

Bob announced that on the night before the Tucson Show a reception will be held and include a talk by Dr. Robert Bakker on the feathered dinosaurs of China. The cost to attend the reception is $50.
